DELIVERY

To protect our customers we will be requiring an ID check with every delivery to ensure we protect our clients from any fraudulent activity.

  • Furniture Gallery NYC will include delivery for customers within the 5 boroughs of NYC and north NJ within 5-7 business days. For all other locations, please allow extra time and shipping fees may apply.
  • Furniture Gallery NYC is not responsible for any delivery delays due to poor weather conditions, manufacturer delays or other non-store-related issues.
  • It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the product(s) they order fits in their residence. Customers are encouraged to confirm the dimensions of any product(s) they are purchasing with a sales representative from Furniture Gallery NYC.
  • After the customer signs the Product Satisfaction Release Form upon delivery/assembly of product, Furniture Gallery NYC cannot be held responsible for any damages or issues with the purchased product.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

  • If, for any reason, a customer should want to cancel or exchange their order, they must notify Furniture Gallery NYC within 72 hours from the time/date of purchase to be issued a full refund.
  • If a customer cancels their order after the 72-hour courtesy period, Furniture Gallery NYC will provide a full refund but charge a 20% cancellation fee. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Customer is Responsible for return shipping fees.
